Courage de Vivre Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), the following terms and conditions are established for the use of the shopping site (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated by us.

2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, we may disclose part of the member registration information (name and address) without the member's consent.
(1) When it is determined that the information will cause harm to our company, other members, or third parties, we may disclose the information to the police or related organizations.
(2) When the police, a court, a public prosecutor's office, a bar association, a consumer center, or an organization with equivalent authority requests the disclosure of registration information, and the Company decides to comply with such request.

4. If there are any changes to a member's registration information, the member must promptly carry out the required procedures.
Article 5 Prohibition of Use Outside the Scope of Personal Use
Except when approved by our company (including obtaining consent from a third party through our company if a third party holds rights to the information), Members may not copy, sell, publish, or use any information obtained through our company in any way beyond the scope of personal use.
Article 6 Prohibitions for Members
1. We prohibit members from engaging in any of the following activities or any actions that may result in any of the following:
(1) Any act that violates public order and morals
(2) Actions that may lead to criminal activity
(3) Any act violating laws and regulations
(4) Any act that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of our company, other members, or third parties.
(5) Any act violating the property, privacy, etc. of our company, other members, or third parties.
(6) Any act that causes disadvantage to our company, other members, or third parties.
(7) Any act that libels or slanders our company, other members, or third parties.
(8) Any act that interferes with the operation of our website or damages our credibility
(9) Any business activities using the membership status without obtaining approval from our company.
(10) Election campaigning or similar activities, or activities that violate laws and regulations such as the Public Offices Election Act
(11) Providing false answers to any surveys conducted by our company, including those regarding the membership application process
(12) Sending or posting harmful computer programs, etc.
(13) Unauthorized use of IDs and passwords
(14) Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate by the Member.
Article 7 Cancellation of Membership
1. If any of the following items apply to a member, our company reserves the right to cancel the member's membership without prior notice or consent.
(1) If you violate any of the prohibited acts set out in Article 6 or any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
(2) If the Company determines that the information provided by the Member at the time of joining or in any subsequent questionnaires is a deliberate false statement.
(3) If you use or allow someone to use your password illegally
(4) If there has been any fraudulent activity that we do not approve.
(5) Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate.
2. When a member's qualification is cancelled, all rights held by that member against our company will also be cancelled.
Article 8 Withdrawal
When a member wishes to cancel their membership with our company, they must notify us in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and their membership will be cancelled once our company has completed the cancellation procedures.
Article 9 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to or consent from members. All members will be deemed to have accepted the changes once they have been displayed on this website for one month. However, if unforeseen circumstances are anticipated, such as when there is a risk of causing disadvantage to third parties, the changes to the terms and conditions will be deemed to have been implemented without waiting for the above period.
Article 10 Suspension and interruption of service

Article 15 Jurisdiction
In the event of a lawsuit arising between our company and a member in relation to this site, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 16 Governing Law
The establishment, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
