Yoko Terai Exhibition: April 19 (Sat) - April 27 (Sun), 2025
Yoko Terai Ceramic Exhibition —Once Those Snowflakes Vanish, Gracefully Spring—
A winter morning
A white form, as yet untainted by anything
The sensation underfoot
My heart
Thumps in frustration
The sound of the car I sent off
Is instantly absorbed by the white
Leaving behind a world of colorless silence
I, too, am drawn in
A time both stimulating and serene
Warming myself by the embers of the stove with my cat
As I twist shapes that linger in my heart into the clay
I cherish the winter that remains
